Levi Sap Nei Thang's Oil and Gas Company

I am grateful for the American Companies who had purchased thousands of acres from Levi Sap Nei Thang oil and gas leases despite there was no advertisement or promotion from me. They searched me out, and reached out to me professionally. Levi Sap Nei Thang‘s Companies were given 2.5% to 25% royalty payment; on top of selling the leases at a profitable prices. Needless to say, rights can be negotiated in full or partially under such deals.
I have good relationships with these American Companies. In fact, one of these companies is becoming my representative in the oil and gas industry. This particular company represents my interest. Level of experience in oil and gas industry is not reflected in the quantities of oil and gas fields a person/company owned. Some experienced consulting firms and some oil dealers do not own oil fields. They only do the trading. Therefore the company who represents me and Levi Sap Nei Thang’s companies does not need to own oil fields.
Some Burmese people in the US bought oil and gas leases from Levi Sap Nei Thang’s companies as well. However, they were all given 100% of the rights. All these buyers contacted me first after I announced in Burmese that I have oil and gas leases to sell. Each of them bought at their own free will. I did not coerce or force anyone. Before we enter into any contractual deal, they were provided the location, map, address, the cost. All potential buyers have these information. Only after the a potential buyer agreed, we enter into contractual agreement.
In all the contracts, I kindly indicated where they should sign, which was highlighted in professional manner like most legal and secretarial services. In the United States, professional services usually highlight the place one needed to sign. This is a normal best practice in every industries e.g. in banking, real estate, etc. Well, a place to sign was highlighted not because they don't understand English, it was highlighted because it was a a professional courtesy.
There is another interesting matter, someone can lose their mineral rights due to lack of timely annual fees payment to the Government. There is a word called "responsibility" i.e. after you purchased something, you are responsible for fees that required by the Government. If you do not pay the required fees, you loose your rights.
Some Burmese buyers stand with me because they feel it is not right to bully me. Some says, "Levi did not coerced or compelled me to purchase her oil and gas leases". Each of them truly bought it at their own will.
Currently, there are some pending application to drill on some of the Levi Sap Nei Thang oil and gas leases in Wyoming and New Mexico. The related mineral rights and the royalty interests will be sold accordingly.
